Mental Health Screening
Free, Anonymous Wellbeing Checks
The Mental Health Screening solution gives students and staff a quiet corner when they feel overwhelmed, anxious or simply in search of calm. It offers nine validated mental health screenings, completely anonymously, explains what the answers suggest in plain language, and points to a clear next step with the institution’s own counselling service.
Solution Overview
A safe space to breathe, feel and begin
The solution lets students and members of the institution’s community choose the concern closest to how they feel, work through a short questionnaire one question at a time, see what their answers suggest in plain language, keep a copy and take the next step if they want to. Nobody is asked for a name, email or student ID, answers are stored without anything that identifies the person, and every page is clear that a screening is not a diagnosis.
The nine screenings are built on instruments used in clinics and research worldwide: GAD-7 for anxiety, PHQ-9 for depression, MDQ for bipolar disorder, SCOFF for eating disorders, IADQ for stress, OCI-R for obsessive compulsive disorder, IGDS9-SF for behavioural addictions, PHQ-15 for physical symptoms and ISI for sleep. A learn page for each screening explains what it measures, how it is scored and what the result means, and points to the institution’s counselling centre for confidential support.
- Nine screenings on validated instruments, each explained on its own learn page
- Completely anonymous, with no name, email or student ID ever requested
- One question at a time, with the option to go back or stop at any point
- Plain-language results with a direct path to book an appointment
